Build a useful evidence file.
Link each record to the order and selected model: equipment counts, key dimensions, operation checks, finish observations, packing photographs and any agreed reports. Resolve issues before the release decision.

Receiving the equipment.
Prepare a suitable unloading and temporary-storage area. The receiving team checks package identity and visible condition against the transport documents, records damage promptly and keeps the packing materials needed for assessment. Open crates in a controlled sequence and compare contents with the detailed list. Follow the claims notification process stated in the contract and transport cover.

Product instructions, cleaning and inspection routines appropriate to the selected equipment. Keep the supplied limits and warnings available.
Parts & support
Model and part references, initial spares, reporting channel and agreed warranty terms. Photos and item IDs help identify an issue quickly.

Specify the initial stock around the actual equipment and expected use. Wear parts may include machine cables or upholstery, door hardware, selected fasteners or turf repair materials. Availability, lead times and warranty coverage depend on the selected product and contract; the site does not promise an identical service package for every category.
