VELNUZ SPORTS

Website Terms.

Information for buyers using the VELNUZ SPORTS website and its planning resources.

About this website.

The website is operated by VELNUZ GLOBAL PTE. LTD., UEN 202640352M, at 139 Cecil Street, #03-20 YSY Building, Singapore 069539. These terms describe use of the site as published on 11 September 2026. Contact sales@velnuz.com with questions.

Information and quotations.

Product descriptions, planning guides and illustrations help you prepare an enquiry. They are not a binding offer, engineering approval or promise that a particular configuration is suitable for every site. Availability, specifications, prices, timing, trade terms, payment, warranty and services are established in the applicable written quotation and contract. If a website summary differs from the agreed order documents, the order documents govern the transaction.

Design and local responsibility.

Layouts and checklists support equipment planning. They do not replace local structural, electrical, building, accessibility, fire or statutory approval work. Foundations, site preparation, local contractors and the overall construction programme are outside the default equipment supply scope. Installation supervision, where agreed, has the scope stated in its service documents.

Images, names and evidence.

Website images may show illustrative scenes and category examples rather than a supplied model or completed VELNUZ project. Final drawings and equipment records define the purchased configuration. Third-party names, including HYROX, Centr and Concept2, belong to their respective owners. References do not imply endorsement, partnership or certification. VELNUZ does not claim WSF or FIP approval of a complete system unless expressly supported by applicable issued evidence.

Your submissions.

Provide accurate project information and share only documents you have the right to disclose. Do not upload malicious files, misuse the form or attempt unauthorised access to the site. An enquiry acknowledgement confirms receipt; it does not accept an order or approve a specification. Our Privacy Notice explains how submitted information is handled.

Resources and external links.

You may use the supplied checklists for your own project planning. Do not represent them as certificates or official technical standards. External links are provided for reference; their owners control their content. Applicable technical rules can change, so verify the relevant edition and scope before using a reference in procurement.

Applicable rights.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but may update content or suspend functions for maintenance. Nothing in these website terms excludes any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Dispute, governing-law and transaction-specific provisions should be read in the contract agreed for your order.
