FITNESS EQUIPMENT
Functional training equipment.
Build the training floor by station: sled work, loaded carries, sandbag lunges and wall balls. Combine the equipment with turf, storage and layout support.

Build the stations your programme uses.

Loaded Carries & Lunges
Choose kettlebells and sandbags by load and class capacity.

Rigs, Targets & Wall Balls
Coordinate height, throwing space and support.

Use the race-format station sequence as a planning lens. Your training programme, group size and available space determine the actual equipment counts and layout.
| Training station | What the floor needs | Planning boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Ski-based conditioning | Reserve an appropriate machine position and user clearance | Source Concept2 SkiErg separately where required |
| Sled push | Sled, selected loads and matched turf lane | Check friction on the actual turf |
| Sled pull | Sled, suitable rope and clear pulling lane | Keep the return route outside active work |
| Burpee broad jumps | Clear landing surface and distance markings | Avoid equipment storage on the travel path |
| Rowing | Machine and user operating envelope | Source Concept2 RowErg separately where required |
| Farmer carry | Kettlebells and a defined route | Provide pick-up, return and storage points |
| Sandbag lunges | Training sandbags and clear travel space | Choose weights around users and programming |
| Wall-ball work | Balls, targets and suitable support structure | Confirm clear height, fixing and throwing zones |
Connect the stations.
A workable floor keeps loaded travel, throwing and machine stations away from cross-traffic. Give each station a start, finish and equipment return point; reserve a place for the coach to see and reach the group.
Plan the package.
Combine equipment, turf, storage and targets with the quantities your programme needs. Concept2 machines are sourced separately by the customer. VELNUZ supplies independent training equipment and does not provide HYROX affiliation or claim official event equipment status.
