New venues and existing-court upgrades need different briefs.
For a new venue, align the court package with the building design. For an upgrade, establish what can remain, what needs replacement and how the work affects daily operations. Replacement glass, flooring and lighting must suit the existing system.

What should I send for a renovation review?
Send the venue location, drawings if available, clear photographs of the court and any defects, the changes you want and your preferred work window.
Is installation included in every package?
No — installation is quoted separately from supply, and is normally carried out by a local team. VELNUZ supplies the equipment, the installation drawings and the handover documents, and can arrange supervision on request. Supply, supervision, on-site labour, lifting, building work and commissioning are always listed as separate lines in the contract.
Can you promise a completion date before reviewing the site?
The programme is established after scope, production, transport and site readiness are reviewed. Share your target date early so the practical requirements can be discussed.
