Information we receive.
When you enquire, we receive the contact and project information you submit, including your name, business, email, phone number, location, project stage, equipment interests, dimensions, budget, timing, message and optional attachment. The website records a submission reference and time. Its hosting environment may keep routine access and security logs. The enquiry system uses a short-lived browser session for request validation and a limited security record to reduce repeated automated submissions.
Why we use it.
We use this information to respond, clarify your equipment scope, prepare proposals, coordinate requested support and maintain appropriate business records. We also use limited technical data to operate and protect the website. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Please submit only information you are entitled to share and avoid unrelated sensitive personal information.
Who may receive it.
Our hosting, IT and communications providers may process information to operate the enquiry service. Relevant project details may be shared with selected manufacturers, technical advisers or logistics providers when needed to assess or fulfil your request. We limit disclosure to what is relevant. Where recipients are outside your country, we take reasonable steps to apply appropriate protection, including contractual safeguards where required.
Storage and retention.
Enquiries and attachments submitted through the live service are stored in the website’s private enquiry system, accessible to authorised personnel. We retain them for the enquiry, related business relationship and applicable legal or record-keeping needs, then delete or anonymise information no longer required. Security rate-limit records are maintained only for a limited period. You may contact us to ask about retention for your enquiry.
Cookies, links and your choices.
The live enquiry service uses a necessary session cookie for request validation. This website package does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Clicking email, WhatsApp or social links takes you to services with their own privacy practices. You can enquire directly by email if you prefer. The Download my brief function creates a file on your device; it does not submit the brief. The equipment finder uses browser session storage for your shortlist and inquiry handoff. Court configurations may be passed to Inquiry in the page URL; do not include personal or confidential details in those configuration fields. These planning tools do not submit an enquiry until you send the form.
Language preferences.
The language selector stores your manual choice in browser local storage and your current visit choice in session storage. Automatic selection first checks your browser languages, then a country code supplied by the hosting server when available, then your saved choice, and finally English. Country detection is approximate and may be unavailable. We do not send your enquiry content to a translation service. You can change the language at any time or clear stored preferences in your browser settings.
Access, correction and contact.
Contact sales@velnuz.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent where applicable. We may need to verify your request and explain any legal reason for retaining information. Withdrawing information needed for a quotation may limit our ability to continue that enquiry. We may update this notice when the service changes; the published version states its date.
