THE MATERIAL COLLECTION
These are actual component and material reference photographs. Final sizes, finishes and assemblies are defined in the approved project specification.
GLASS
Low-iron tempered glass with a ceramic screen-printed finish. Colour and the viewing effect are reviewed with samples before production.
FLOORING
A maple playing surface supported by a layered subfloor and resilient pads. Floor build-up, moisture conditions and finished levels need to be resolved together.
CONNECTIONS
Glass supports, brackets and protected fixings work as one assembly. Glass holes, edge details and hardware must match the approved drawings.
HARDWARE
Purpose-selected door, hinge and mounting components. Specify the complete assembly and keep replacement part references for maintenance.
TIN
An aluminium sound board with adjustable height. The selected setting and line markings must match the intended playing requirements.
FASTENERS
Fasteners, isolation sleeves and connection details are specified together. Replacement parts must match the original approved assembly.
LIGHTING IS PART OF THE SYSTEM
LED court lighting is available with the package. The specification should address uniformity, glare, mounting positions and the power supply at your venue.
A fixture count or wattage alone does not establish a lighting result. Agree a lighting layout and on-site acceptance checks for the intended use.
