SPECIFICATION & QUALITY

Ask better questions.
Specify better equipment.

A professional buying decision connects the intended use, the actual model and the documents that support it. We help keep that evidence organised.

01

The model

Product reference, commercial-use designation, overall dimensions, operating envelope, adjustment range and model-specific load or user ratings.

02

The construction

Materials and finishes, weld and assembly checks, moving components, guards, upholstery and replaceable wear parts relevant to the selected equipment.

03

The documentation

Technical sheets, assembly instructions, labels, warranty terms and any applicable test reports or declarations for the exact model and destination.

04

The acceptance checks

Agree the inspection scope before production. Review quantities, finish, labelling, adjustment functions, packing and documented issues before release.

NO BLANKET CERTIFICATION CLAIMS

Evidence belongs
to the exact product.

A supplier certificate, a component report and an independent test of a complete machine are not interchangeable. Ask which product and configuration a document covers.

Required conformity evidence depends on the product and destination. We do not present another company’s certifications as VELNUZ credentials.

Before ordering

Identify the documents your project needs and make delivery of the agreed records part of the purchase scope.

Before opening

Have installation and operational checks completed by the responsible qualified team. Keep instructions available to staff and users.

During operation

Follow the selected manufacturer’s inspection and maintenance schedule. Record checks and remove damaged or malfunctioning equipment from use.

BUYING WITH CLARITY

A few useful answers.

Does every product have the same warranty?

No. Coverage, duration, wear-part exclusions and responsibility for labour or transport must be confirmed for each product family in the written offer.

Can you provide exact certificates now?

We first identify the proposed model and destination requirements, then request and review the relevant records. The website is not a repository of unverified certificates.

Where do I find maintenance intervals?

Use the selected model’s manual and maintenance schedule. Operating conditions and use intensity can affect the required attention; generic website guidance does not replace those instructions.
