Routine care
Remove debris, brush turf to the surface supplier’s instructions, maintain infill and keep drainage clear. Inspect glass, fixings, mesh, entrances and nets; isolate damaged areas before play.
Warranty clarity
Component warranty periods, exclusions, inspection requirements and responsibility for freight and labour are confirmed in the written offer. No blanket warranty term is assumed.
A useful support request
Send the order reference, court location, affected component and clear photographs. We help identify the issue and agree the next step before any replacement work.
