Supply only.

Send the location, quantities, selected products or drawings, delivery term and timing. We clarify open specification points, issue an itemised quotation and agree inspection, packing and document requirements before release.

Installation supervision.

Your local contractor provides the crew, site works, access and lifting arrangements. Where agreed, VELNUZ adds supervision to help interpret the supplied assembly information, coordinate equipment checks and document issues. Site readiness and the visit scope are confirmed before travel.

Layout and drawings first.

Share a measured plan, ceiling height, intended use and the equipment you already have. The planning scope identifies the drawings and schedule to be supplied, any service fee and unresolved site questions. Layout support does not oblige you to buy the equipment.

Keep changes visible.

A revised item, quantity or drawing can affect the budget, packing and schedule. Record the decision before it becomes part of the order. Equipment scope and local construction responsibilities stay separate in the agreed documents.
