[ ] Outdoor exposure / wind design inputs provided where relevant
[ ] Drainage, leaks, condensation and indoor climate reviewed locally
[ ] Power and building-services interfaces identified
[ ] Fire, accessibility and statutory approvals assigned locally

C. LOGISTICS
[ ] Delivery vehicle access and unloading point
[ ] Lifting equipment and trained operators
[ ] Doorways, lifts, turns and stairs along the full route
[ ] Load and size restrictions recorded
[ ] Dry, protected storage and package-opening area
[ ] Installation crew, tools and safe-working arrangements

D. IMAGES AND DRAWINGS
[ ] Overall photos in all directions
[ ] Close-ups of fixing zones, floor edges and defects
[ ] Survey dimensions cross-referenced to photos
[ ] All files named with project and revision
